Nikki’s goal as a certified mediator is to settle cases and disputes before clients spend thousands of dollars in litigation costs. She believes in helping people engage constructively and navigate conflict successfully through mediation.
When she is not mediating, Nikki loves spending time with her children, hiking, cooking, baking and traveling.
